Hi I have recently moved to thrybergh. I am interested in setting a mental health group up. Sometimes a problem shared takes away that anxiety. Been around like minded people. I have suffered myself but I believe in mindfulness classes . Topics Meditation and aromatherapy to help. If somebody is willing to help me set up the group we can meet for a chat Jayne
