We are moving in to Eyam village and would be grateful to know which internet provider is best for this locality. We are thinking of using BT. 

We do have Vodafone network on our mobiles but can only get a signal in the kitchen or garden.

I recently viewed a property on Hayling and was a little concerned about properties nearby which looked a little run down and which looked like theymight be used as HMOs. The area I am concerned about was called Norfolk Crescent. Can anyone tell me if this is a problem area?
