We will explore one of the most famous wine region: Tuscany, precisely we are bringing you to Chianti Classico area where two cousins Cosimo and Lorenzo are sharing the same passion for wine.
Cosimo is the owner of “Fattoria la Castellina”, where he and his family have given a new incentive to the property, reintroducing old wine-making tools with the latest techniques, such as the wine aging in clay amphorae!
Lorenzo and his family own the Ricudda farm. In recent years they have invested in the production of high quality organic wines, replanting the vineyards with Sangiovese and Canaiolo.
