What sort of art do you teach?

I call round 3-4 times a week to see a friend and colleague who lives on Ventnor Avenue. I received a note from a tenant who lives in a St Vincent's Housing Association (SVHA) property warning me not to park in front of their properties in Nov. I took this on board. First day back to work I park it in front of a private property next door and it gets vandalised. I suspect it is one of the residents from one of the 4 properties, but I cannot prove it. As there's no cctv I cannot prove anything. I've reported it to the police and to the Neighbourhood Warden, but not getting anywhere.  Tempted to slip notes through people's letterboxes. Offering a reward.

Apparently, one resident mentioned that some residents don't like nearby office workers parking on the street, but no excuse for vandalism. Spoke to a local hairdressers who said somebody stole on the heavy plant pots outside. One resident mentioned he puts a wheelie bin outside his propert and that was knocked over with rubbish on pavement. I thought it was a well to do area, but sounds like their are issues for concern. Is it one or two vigilante residents or gang issues?

Any recommendations for window cleaners in the Ashton on Mersey/Sale area?
