The day starts & ends with fun warm ups /warm downs and games.

Suitable for ages 8yrs - 16yrs, with or without previous experience.

Wear comfortable clothing for sporting activity e.g. leggings, a long sleeve t-shirt, indoor trainers or plimsolls. Please don't wear clothing with zips, buttons, studs or any embellishments (ensure your clothing is purely fabric) remove any piercings and jewellery and ensure nails are cut short. This is to avoid damaging the aerial equipment and ensure your safety. If the tutors consider that you are inappropriately dressed for any activity, you may not be allowed to take part and a refund will not be offered.

I'm looking for a very old friend who used to live in the Duke of Wellington pub in Croydon in the 80s

I recently saw his face on a TV program and it jogged my memory, I've been looking for him for many years and saw he lives in Barnsley.

His name is Joseph (Joe) Henry and he is originally from Cavan in Ireland. He has two brothers, the elder one named Michael.

If anyone can pass a message to him or give me any information as to how I can contact him i'd be eternally grateful.
