Posted by Hi I'm trying to find out about an old business called Charles Pitt trailer manufacturers of Barton Stacey but all I can find out is that they were wheelwrights and that they made horse pulled carts.
They later made trailers and caravans. I have one of their caravans and it was made originally for a circus or fairground I think. It is quite a substantial piece of engineering and in my quest to find more about its production I have drawn a blank.
