My name is Martin Orkin, and my 800 page book Rivals Of The Beatles is in a limited edition of just 500 numbered and signed copies. It tells the stories of 20 of the other groups who were around at the time that the Fab Four were ruling the charts, here and around the world. Groups such as The Rolling Stones, The Beach Boys, The Kinks, The Byrds, The Dave Clark Five and The Dave Clark Five. Additionally, however, I aim to show the links between The Beatles and each of the groups I am covering. Maybe they were inspired by The Beatles, or were helped by them. Perhaps they copied them. The ways in which these influences occurred varies considerably. It is one factor in making each of these tales so fascinating!

For a couple of days we have had a beautiful brown and white pigeon (colour in photo distorted) making himself at home on our drive, he looks as though he is limping a bit.  I have given him brown rice and water in the hope that he might be strong enough to make his way home.  He is obviously not wild and is quite friendly but I would like to try to reunite him with his owners and have no idea how to achieve this. 

Is anyone aware of a pigeon owner in the area who might have an idea of how I can achieve this.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
