For sale: Selling garden shed - 0 replies
Didn't know this forum existed but here goes.
I have a 4ft by 8 ft metal garden shed for disposal. It is about 8 years old but we need to create some more space around the back door and we no longer need the storage space. There are two sets of shelves included.
It will need dismantling, a small electric screwdriver will do that job. Plenty of spare screws and plastic washers and I still have the instructions.
I cannot deliver but the panels should fit in an SUV or van.

Fishing on Buckley common - 0 replies
Is Buckley at the moment still on lockdown? Sat 16th May!
If so should there be people fishing in the common? They would obviously be there for over an hour and have even set up tents!
I wouldn't bring this up but find when they leave they make such a mess ...bottles and bags!! The
Seeking decendants of the Jones family of Brunswick Road - 0 replies
Hello.
I am trying to find any relatives the Jones family who lived at 27 Brunswick Road, at least until the 1940s.
The reason is that my mother Olive Peters, who died in 2011, was engaged to Wilfred Jones who was in the RAF during WW2 and who died in a Japanese prisoner-of-war camp in Java in 1944. My mum lived in Brook Street with her mother and two elder sisters.
I assume that because she was his fiancée, his documents and letters were returned to her after the war. Whilst I vaguely knew about Wilf’s existence, I only discovered his papers after my dad died last year. There is nothing of any value, but there are a number of photographs, a lot of letters (mostly to and from my Mum), his RAF cap(?) badge and some newspaper cuttings. It is from one of the cuttings that I found the family’s address.
The only other things that I know about the family are that his parents were Edward and Eleanor, and that Wilf had two older brothers, Samuel and Thomas.
If there are any living relatives of the family, and they are interested, they would be most welcome to have these artefacts.
