On Halloween, 31st Oct late afternoon, we will open the office to all children and parents out of their Trick or Treat runs from 4.30pm to 7pm.

There will be a competition for the top 3 best spooky children’s costumes.

1st prize- a family ticket to Bewilderwood

2nd prize – A children's goody box of prizes

3rd prize – family ticket to Dereham cinema

Hi peeps. 

I'm in need of some fitness help. 

I'm getting on in my life and I'm really wanting to change. I am looking for someone who will help me out at the gym. I'm a bit of a gymaphobic, I'm embarrassed to go incase I don't fit in or I get laughed at ect..ect. possibly a self confidence issue an the fact I will have no idea what to do while I'm thier.  I'm looking for a gym buddy who will push me to my limits and help me get on track with my fitness and also make a few friends in the area whe I'm at it.  If anyone is willing to help please let me know. Many thanks in advance.
