This afternoon a white van with 3 men called at our bungalow asking if they could check some repointing they had done some 18 months ago. I said I didn’t remember anyone doing the work and that I would like them to call again when my husband was in. Then I said again No you haven’t been here before he then said something like is this Gladstone Way? NO it’s not so he hurried away back to the van .Please all elderly take note

St. Michael and All Angels Church Annual Garden Party. Saturday 27th July at 3pm.

At the Reading Room and garden, Hinton, at the junction of the A35 and the B2055. BH23 7DX. Free Entry and Parking. Cream teas, handmade crafts, gifts and cards for all occasions, homemade cake stall, plant, produce and bric a brac stalls. Bring your family for a very warm welcome and lots of cake!
