Evening all, I wanted to put it out there about a new aesthetics clinic that has popped up on Rayleigh Road in Leigh on sea. Its named AkCosmetics. The lady that works there Ashleigh is rude, unprofessional and completely incompetent at her job. She has worked in aesthetics for less than a year and is now trying to train people up without a license . New laws are coming into place to stop such people and she poses a serious medical threat to clients. I have worked in the medical field for 15 years and it’s shocks me how these clinics are allowed to be up and running . After causing one of the worst side effects of Lip filler injections (vascular Occulsion) which causes your skin tissue to die she simply blocks you and will not provide any assistance on what to do . Please please please put the word out there that she is a dangerous practitioner and is a disaster waiting to happen. She only holds CPD qualifications also which accumulate to nothing , the new laws will close these types of practitioners down however in the mean time , stay safe !!

Hi, I'm planning on moving to Leigh-On-Sea or neighbouring areas in the next couple of months and am looking for a single occupancy flat, ideally with some storage space and already containing white goods, if not fully furnished. Can be flexible on move in date.  Thanks

Looking to move to Leigh-on-Sea.

Seeking a 3 bed house with off street parking, south of London Road, near to station, not on or near a main road. Two reception rooms and kitchen downstairs (anything else a plus) and don't mind which ones are combined. Would consider 2 beds if there was a third reception room. Chalkwell lovely, but would prefer to be the Leigh side.

Happy to take on a bit of work as long as it's not a full restoration/too structural. Decoration and say a new kitchen/bathroom is fine. Also happy to buy if already perfect!

Budget: £400k-440k-ish depending on house (and what we get for ours!).

I'm moving to Leigh-on-Sea this year (hopefully!) and would like to hear from anyone who gets the 0748 London train as to whether or not you get a seat! I've been hearing mixed reviews, especially since they revised the timetables.

Any train info most welcome! I can (reluctantly!) get the 0737 instead which I understand starts from Leigh-on-Sea, but would prefer the later one.

Hi I'm Julie been living in Leigh for nearly 3 years, as much as I love this little sea front town circumstances have made me decide to move, as I've all ready sold the house I live in it's become a bit of a problem, since we are moving with my mum in law who's got her nice bungalow for sale. Now we all want to move together and have a nice fresh start. Again I am not sure if this is allowed on here but it would help if anyone knows anyone who would like to move to this wonderful town!
