Hi. I got dropped off by taxi from Gatwick at 5am on Saturday, 24th February. I foolishly left one of my bags on the pavement. It’s a Blue, standard sized carry on Suitcase with no identification. I was dropped off out side the entrance to South Cliffe, opposite Thomas a Beckett church in Lewes high St. If anyone has found it, please reply. There is a reward for its return. 

  If anyone has picked them up or seen them, please msg me!  They have a different prescription for each eye, so unlikely to be any use to anyone else!

I have found a child's sleeping bag in the street, not far from the Priory ruins.  It had sat there for a couple of days, so I have brought it inside.  To identify it, if it is yours, just tell me the colour and Manufacturers name, so I know it's going to the correct person. 

Rather dented gold locket, contains husbands & children's photos, and chain was lost this morning (12Jul2022) between car park by Giles Leisure / behind the brewery along the foot path to Bill's. Huge sentimental value

Hi, Sorry I am new to the Lewes forum so I am not sure if the following is something that is OK to put on the forum...I am still fairy new to Lewes itself, only having been here about 4 years now so still discovering all the lovely walks and enjoying being around the friendly people...having lived in London all my live I am not used to people saying hello while walking on the downs. So a belated thank you to the people of Lewes for being so nice and welcoming. Now for my request, I have at last got round to thinking of re painting the front of my house this summer...I have asked about renting a ladder from a hire company but it turns out it's not as straight forward as I had hoped..least of all because they have not been open due to the lockdown, so I am just wondering if anyone in the Lewes area would be able to lend me a long ladder for a few days to paint the house...I am of course willing to pay for the use of it...Thank you. Also still on the subject of paying for something, is there anyone in the gallops area of Lewes that has an empty garage they are not using and would be willing to rent it out for car use.

Hi all.  Still dancing (Lansdown, Volley, buskers), although dancing one number, resting five (out of breath!).  Now an authorised residential carer, so you might see me out shopping for vulnerables.  Occasional organ recitals, own poems, sketches, songs at open mike.  See you, IDM.
