About a month ago had an accident made my back worse , i can manage the smaller ones but i need someone to walk the big one a st bernard  

I was attending the physiotherapist on Mundhaven Road in Mundesley on Wednesday 24th July at 10.00 am. I parked on Mundhaven Road and ,as I was going back to my car, I appear to have dropped my glasses. They are a green colour and have a beaded chain. If anyone has found them I would be most grateful if they could be returned. Thanks.

Does anyone have a garage in the village or an off road parking space available to rent? I'll will only need it for about 6 months each year but willing to pay for the whole year. My vehicle is a small Mazda Bongo camper van.

I am looking for a companion for local bird watching trips for my father in the Mundesley area.

He is a life long Birder and is very knowledgable about conservation and is a pleasure to be around. He can also be very funny.

He is in his 70s and it totally compos mentis, however, he can no longer drive which as you can imagine can be quite frustrating as a birdwatcher in Norfolk.

So ideally if there is a someone on this forum also looking for a birding companion in North Norfolk and can drive please get in touch. He can also chip in on the cost of petrol.
