Ideally we are looking for a 2 bedroom property with a garage. 

We have lived in our current property for 15 years, sadly our landlady now needs to sell. She has provided us with a lovely reference, a letter confirming we have always paid our rent and are good tenants. 

We have 1x son who will be moving with us, he is a  college student and gym fanatic. 

We have No pets.

Hey.. I’m looking for a 1 bed flat or studio to rent in Portslade, hove, Brighton  even Shoreham-By-Sea... I’m a full time student but I also work full time as well from home early morning starts & late finishes so it’s more beneficial for me to have an individual space then a room as I work a lot of hours so can’t have too much noise or distractions 😂 any help would be appreciated ☺️☺️ x
