Hello, the chestnuts retirement home is a small family run business that has been established for 40 years. I am the owner and manager and I have visited the chestnuts since the age of four, just as my children do now. Both my grandparents stayed at the chestnuts retirement home when they needed care and 100% of our staff said they would feel happy with their own parents moving into the chestnuts. We are not a big corporate company and we have an amazing team with a very low staff turnover so the quality of care is consistent.

I wanted to email everyone and let you know we are offering a free trial for daycare. So many people struggle trying to provide 24/7 care for their loved ones and it can be exhausting. There are lots of people that are isolated, bored and lonely. If you know of anyone that may be interested in the free day care could you pass on our details? We currently have a large bedroom, newly decorated, with a brand new ensuite wet room. This bedroom has patio doors that lead to a private courtyard.
