JUST A WORD OF ADVICE to anyone willing to listen. Be extremely cautious what you post on Facebook. You may assume that the communication in question will only be viewed by the intended recipient. This couldn't be further from the truth! Facebook posts to colleagues, friends and family are constantly monitored, and if you step beyond their recommendations you'll pay the price of either a 30 day or permanent deactivation of your account. Perhaps the author of "Nineteen Eighty-Four"- George Orwell, was right .. Big Brother is watching!

Born in Belfast ages ago (actually attended the same school as George Best), I relocated to Tandragee after a few years in Gilford. Married to Jean who lived close to the Madden Bridge railway line. I've lived in Guernsey (CI), in London, and Burnley in Lancashire. Also worked at Tayto for a few years prior to retirement. Many thanks for permitting me to join this forum.

Moved to Tandragee from Leeds to be near family. Love it here in 'Tayto Town' It's like Yorkshire with a different accent! :o)
BTW Can anyone tell me what is the proper term for a Tandragee resident? Tandragon? Tandragonian perhaps?
