I'm looking for info to flesh out my family history photobook project - Albert Pendle (1840-1922) was my great great grandfather. I think (this is anecdotal) Hill Farm was the family home of the Pendles for maybe 300 years? They farmed and were wheelwrights. But Albert's tenancy was expiring in Oct 1922 and the Worlingworth Charity Estates put the farm up for sale in June 1922. Tragically Albert took his own life In Sep 1922 days before his eviction.
Extra info on this or any of these Pendles, and especially any photos of them or the farm in old times would really be appreciated.

Hello Jan, I am helping an American friend research his genealogy. We have got back to William Dade of Tannington Hall who died in 1659 and is buried in the local church. He and I and our wives are booked into the Kings Head in Laxfield 18th/19th May and wish to visit the church (Is it open for the public to walk in or would we need to contact someone first to gain access?) We also wonder if there is any written history of Tannington Hall, are you aware of where may we find it and will it be possible to have a look at the Hall?
