Today we was on my friend's garden (Richmond Road) having a bbq and my daughter was playing on a trampoline and she left her shoes outside the trampoline..few minutes later a little fox come and took one shoe..

I'm wondering if anyone else is having the same trouble at newsagents in Thornton Heath as me. My nearest shop with a PayPoint is Thornton News on woodville Rd and on 8 seperate occasions I have been refused when trying to pay bills and top up energy cards. The staff member telling me because I don't buy anything in store he has the right to refuse me access to the PayPoint machine. Can this be true? Are they legally allowed to refuse?
