Due to worsening ill health I am unable to cut my lawn.

I can supply a two year old Honda mower and no cuttings/collections are involved.

I need the grass cut 10/12 times a year.

Hi, I recently moved to Wickwar and wondered if there was a milk delivery service, ideally proper glass bottles rather than plastics.

Old fashioned I know but more environmentally friendly and convenient than me keep driving a few miles to get it. 

Any advice would be gratefully received, thanks

Excellent condition solid dark wood dining table plus two dark wood benches and two upright dining chairs. Would seat up to 8 people. Cost close to £2000 new but move to Wickwar means no longer required. 

Loom Furniture is a small design and manufacturing company based in Wickwar, South Gloucestershire.  The company produce a range of furniture using metal, timber and stone for the residential interior market with the option of customization across its range of products.

Loom is searching for an experienced freelance metal fabricator to work within its in-house metal workshop producing metalwork frames for its furniture products.  Working with a variety of box section, tube and solid metal parts, attention to detail is essential. 

Requirements:

·  Experienced in TIG Welding and frame fabrication mainly in thin gauge box/tube and solid sections

·  Able to work to fine tolerances with excellent attention to detail and accuracy

·  Experienced in grinding and linishing.

·  Able to finish to a high standard

·  Able to read and understand engineering drawings.

·  Able to work as part of a small team.

·  Good organization skills and punctuality.

·  Must be proactive, self-motivated & use their initiative.

·  Able to meet the physical demands of the role (Lifting furniture items).

Hours: To be discussed 4-5 days per week (Monday to Friday – no weekends)

Pay: £12.00-£14.00 per hour depending on experience.

Start date: ASAP (one month trial period)

During the storm last night our green recycling box with our empty wine bottles within was blown away down Inglestone Road. Happily our brilliant neighbour picked up the bottles for us. But the box has disappeared. So if anyone in the Road finds they have an extra box this morning we'd be grateful if we could have it back to number 87!! It's Thursday 11th March as I write this.
