Seen unaccompanied black and white collie on top lane in bisbrooke 24th September 2016 9.30am. Has a brown leather collar on. I wasn't able to see a tag. I think it is a female but couldn't tell. Very timid and frightened looked like it had been roaming for a while as coat was matted and unkempt. Tried for nearly 1.5 hrs to coax her into allowing me to catch her but to no success. Managed to get some food into her.
