Lost: Black and white collie

Seen unaccompanied black and white collie on top lane in bisbrooke 24th September 2016 9.30am. Has a brown leather collar on. I wasn't able to see a tag. I think it is a female but couldn't tell. Very timid and frightened looked like it had been roaming for a while as coat was matted and unkempt. Tried for nearly 1.5 hrs to coax her into allowing me to catch her but to no success.
