Bullying and Harassment on Watt Road

Hi all, 

I recently brought my first property on Watt Road. It was supposed to be a joyous occasion and a fresh start. However, my neighbors have instantly taken a dislike to me. I am a single female and have worked hard to save and purchase my first house.

I honestly don't do much. Apart from work, game and sleep. I don't have parties ect. And even if I did....so what! It's my house.

My neighbors have been harassing me by using a drug addict window cleaner to climb onto my roof and cause a load of banging. This window cleaner has been previously reported to the police due to harassment and intimidation of Elderly and Disabled residents.

One of the neighbours is an retired old man and he makes me feel extremely uncomfortable as he is always entering the garden at the exact same time as me. There was an occasion where I shouted out this harassment. At this point he threw his cigarette on the floor and ran back into his house. Miraculously the banging around the house stopped!

This is the same neighbour in which I experienced an attempted break in and he insinuated I was a drug dealer.

There have been incidents where they have gone away for a week and have told me "don't worry it will be quiet". And in which it was!

His partner is part of an Erdington Community Group EBL. 

I just want this all to stop. They have effected my quality of life, mental health and physical health. It's like they are some kind of sick a perverted individuals who take pleasure in these kind of things.

I have reported them numerous times to the police in which I have a very intensive log. I wonder if they may also be a sexual nature to this too. As I feel very vulnerable.

What should I do? 

If only I could name and shame them....
