isn"t it time that all e scooters had a little bell - on them to let people know that they are just about to fly past at huge speeds - completely taking normal pedestrian path users by surprise, either this or ban them completely from using the foot paths.

it is currently illegal to ride an e scooter on public roads, so they end up riding on footpaths- bit like a motor bike riding on footpaths. that"s why we have footpaths - to separate motorised stuff- from pedestrians. mix these together then accidents are going to raise.
