Help for a vulnerable lady discharged from hospital.

Hi. I’m posting here on behalf of a lady I have met in hospital who is extremely vulnerable, has to self isolate and needs shopping due to having no close relatives nearby. I would love to think that this local lady to Stanground could possibly get some help with this. She does have a mobile but does not really use the internet. Is there a way that she could be assisted please? I am just a co patient who has met this lady and she is struggling to get hold of the Red Cross who have helped her before. Sorry. Very random request from a complete stranger (me!). Thank you to the Stanground community in advance.
