I would like my business to have a positive impact on my local community and environment, but I'm struggling to find pilates equipment that is environmentally friendly.  I use cork mats and cork blocks, but I'm looking for head cushions, resistance bands and balls - or some kind of alternative that could work.  Does anyone have any bright ideas around what I could use, or where I could source such things?!

I would like a cheap or free way to watch Greek TV in London Someone suggested buying a Roku stick. I am with Talk Talk  Will this be compatible.

iThere are so many Roku sticks available. Is a cheap one ok. 
Is there a firm out there that sets Greek tv up. I don’t want to pay for expensive satellite dish 

I am posting this message on behalf of someone else. She is a friend of a friend who came to UK with her son for an operation. She cannot fly back to US because of restrictions with travel. She is in a hotel and the staff have mostly gone home and the restaurant has been shut.  She is finding it hard to get food and is understandably very scared. If anyone can suggest anywhere she could go for help or anyone local who could help her it would be amazing. I’m in oxford and cannot travel there unfortunately. I wanted to post on here hoping someone who knows the area could give her a hand and help her out. She doesn’t know where to turn. Thank you everyone in advance
