where you will be fully trained gaining the skills of MIG welding and Welding
Robot Operating, with a further option of TIG welding available. Working

to work the alternating shift pattern (you must not be reliant on public
transport as you will be unable to either get to work for the early shift or
unable to get home from the late shift - or both. As transport links do
not match their shift patterns)
What’s in it for you?

the art equipment. You will be on a starting rate of £10.56p/h initially
working on an early shift 5:45am to 1:45pm while you undertake your training.
After six months you will move to the standard alternating double dayshift
5:45am to 1:45pm & 2:15pm to 10:15pm alternating on a weekly basis… BUT you
will receive an extra 20% shift allowance on top of your pay packet with a path
and guidance to grow your hourly rate as your skill level increases. That’s not
forgetting the more than generous benefit package you get that includes a above

onsite in Dorking where you will get the opportunity to see if this career path
