Hello, i wonder if anyone can help me ? i am looking for an auntie that i have not seen since the mid - late sixties. Her name is Agnes McNamara and she would be about 85 years old now. Agnes has a son called Gordon (surname Irving) Gordon apparently has a dog called 'Pepsi' and Gordon would be about 47 now. Last known address was 14 Jedworth Ave, Drumchapel. I went to this address in Sept of last year but was told that they had moved, not that long ago, to maybe Knightswood. Agnes has had life long hearing difficulties and wears hearing aids. Agnes was one of eleven children and has only two of her sisters still alive, Jean and Catherine. Could anyone give me any information please, i would be really grateful

Researching my family history. - 0 replies
My family the McCreadies lived on the first floor at 26 Lillyburn Place, Drumchapel - circa 1953 -1955. My Dad was Tony, my Mum was Jean, Brothers were Tony & Billy, sisters Moia (Moy-ya) and Noirin (Noreen) I went to St Peter's boys in Partick for a year then we moved to Ledmore Drive and I went to St Sixtus School in Drumchapel until I was twelve. Do any of our then neighbours remember us? Was there a Mrs McCurry??
Does anyone remember the Eadie family? - 1 replies
I would love to hear from anyone who knew/knows Moira Eadie, born 8 July 1948 in Glasgow. Her parents were David Robertson Eadie and Catherine (nee Young) who married in 1940 and they lived at 160 Gourlay Street when Moira was a baby. David worked as a machineman at the North British Locomotive Works at Hydepark, although he had previously worked for the Prudential Assurance Company. The family moved to 10 Pitmilly Road, Drumchapel about 1957 and I believe Moira was married in Drumchapel about 1970.
Many thanks

Trying to contact Maureen Nichol - she went to Stonedyke school circa 1958-60. I recall her dad was a policemen. Can't add much to that. We were great friends as kids. My family left to live in Renfrewshire and we lost contact. I often think of her. We were around 10 years old at the time.
