Hi. I have booked a 3 hour ferry trip to see sea eagles but worried our dog may bark or not like boat. Any suggestions as to where we could leave her???? She is a super friendly 1 year old cockerpoo.

1968 clinker built classic sailing boat. This vessel has been lightly used for its entire life on Mull, stored for most of the time inside a steading. It is fine condition considering its age, with some sails and the centreplate replaced in recent years. Comes with trailer which is about 10 years old and full rigging.

Hello,  my first time on here and I am after some advice and help really.  Myself, my husband and my 15 year old son have been coming to Mull for our annual holidays for the best part of 20 years, with about 3ish years off!  We first started coming to Mull, Tobermory mainly in 1998.  After that first holiday, as you always do, we wanted to go back and live there!  It's not as easy as that really, what with or jobs and our house.  We did look at the houses way back in 98 and there were very reasonable but we didn't do anything about it. 

We have just come back from Mull and would love to move there.  We started chatting to a lady in a shop and she mentioned about buying a kit house where you build your own house as she has ordered one and has bought some land near a loch. We have been looking at them, they are very reasonable about £50,000 upwards, we have seen some ideal land £65,000 (can't believe how much land has shot up in the last 20 odd years).  I just don't know whether to take a leap of faith, sell up, build our own home and live the life on the island.

Any thoughts?
