Lost: Black and White Cat

a woman from Maidenbower has stolen a black and white cat and is lying about the cat age he is
not eighteen he is 10 years old, and the breed of the cat is Norwegian Forest. Also he isn't chipped to her at all, also has health is a big concern since he due to go to the vets next month for a check. The original owner has to correct paper work from the vets the age and also been
advised by RSCPA that she had stolen Rooney due to her name doesn't show the chip.
We advise this lying person to return the cat to its rightful owner by 5pm tonight. Or will be receiving the Cost of the Vets bill/
