Hi Jan and Alex

I think I, and other ex-Streetlifers are very happy to have found you.

Our Norwich Forum has quite a few members who have joined but other areas do not seem to have the same.  Could you set up something like a 'UK Forum' so that those who don't have near neighbours to talk to have a wider community to chat with, if they want to?

Regards Jan

Also - one of the things on Streetlife that was most helpful was that the most recent comments came first in the list, rather than the post with most replies.

Would it be possible for you to change the right hand menu so that this happened?  It might be that the thread with the most replies has no more because it has run its course, but other threads are starting which won't be seen in your list. I know the column says 'Most popular' but I've only just found it and the 'Most Popular' is not always the 'Most Relevant'.

Hi Jan

Thanks for your suggestions. We've now created a "UK-wide" chat forum here:

We'll also update the right hand topic list to show the most recent by default, as you are correct that it will often just show the same topics constantly. Will let you know when that's done
