My name is Eris and I am seeking information about the verbal abuse, harassment and threats of physical attacks made against a friend, who is a former tenant of Wright's Court, Potter Street, Harlow, Essex. As Wright's Court is sheltered housing for people aged 55+ and for those requiring care in later life, these incidents were particularly vicious and have left my friend feeling greatly distressed and vulnerable. In view of this, I have been authorised by my friend to post this message in the hope that those who have knowledge of any other incidents at Wright's Court, will come forward to prevent further problems happening to other more vulnerable tenants in the future. To that end, my friend is offering a financial reward for any information leading to ALL or ANY of the people involved in the above incidents being held legally accountable. All information provided will be strictly confidential and you do not have to give your personal details. I have set up a dedicated email account for this issue which will be provided upon request. isn"t it time that all e scooters had a little bell - on them to let people know that they are just about to fly past at huge speeds - completely taking normal pedestrian path users by surprise, either this or ban them completely from using the foot paths.

over a dozen people were hurt in crashes involving e scooters in essex last year- recorded by department of transport.

Accross Britain - police forces recorded  700 casualties involving e scooters- accidents last year. 

Three people have died and more than 700 been injured following accidents involving e scooters on one year.

it is currently illegal to ride an e scooter on public roads, so they end up riding on footpaths- bit like a motor bike riding on footpaths. that"s why we have footpaths - to separate motorised stuff- from pedestrians. mix these together then accidents are going to raise.

any thoughts- harlow people.

1st- not showing off- but currently in communication with robert halfon- about the dangerous state of the bridle way- cycle way- foot path from Town centre - past the hospital and by rectory wood - down to hoddings road(river way) . Harlow council - are not interested, but possibly essex co co - may at some stage take a look. resident (lady) in rectory wood said someone broke ankle recently - fortunately near to the hospital. Have asked for some safety signage - but again no urgency evident. if any other harlow people are bothered - please chase our local mp Robert halfon- easy enough on e mail. also our local Labour mp Jean clarke is involved.

also regarding the dangers of just walking on the towns footpaths- gets worse and worse. cyclists - motorised scooters speeding, and even cars driving and parking full-on footpaths. a big subject for moaning -this one.

This will require  a new battery  about £16 on line. But works perfectly when plugged in . Has been cleaned and taken back to factory settings.
