At what point did you get stuck?

Did you succeed in registering?

I can now see you registered last December, using the same name as here. Your profile says you made two posts but no idea where.

You need to post in the council section of the forum that I linked here and, towards top right you will see a button marked 'New topic'. You use that and, like here, make sure you hit the 'post' button below when finished.

How long have you had those notices for £204?

Lambeth?

Most appeals for these Bus Gates have been refused by London Tribunals adjudicators, although a few were allowed recently for some reasons. Anyway, if Southwark reject representations and you decide to risk the full penalty appealing to London Tribunals, then always request a personal hearing, however theres no guarantee the adjudicator will find in your favour. According to others, one can include their own video evidence for example to demonstrate the drivers point of view when encountering the restriction, and I think London Tribunals do accept youtube links which could be included in the appeal should that be necessary. Which Bus Gate was it?

Hi all, the same thing happened to me and got the 33a contravention letter last week.

Reading what has been posted on this forum, I understand some people have managed to get the PCN cancelled and got away with just a warning. However, some of these posts are from last year and was just wondering if it is worth making a representation at the current time? I was going to use one of the sample letter I have downloaded from this forum, but am not sure what the chances of getting a positive outcome from Southwark right now.

If anyone has managed to reverse the initial charge recently, please do let us know.

Many thanks,
